By accessing or using PULSE ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. PULSE is operated by Hudson AI Inc.

2. Description of Service

PULSE provides an AI-powered character conversation platform. Users can interact with AI characters, unlock story content, and access media through in-app currency ("Bubbles"). The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older.

3. Account Registration

You may register using a supported third-party authentication provider (Google, Kakao, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

PULSE offers virtual currency ("Bubbles") purchasable with real money. Bubbles have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent Service security
Share account credentials with others
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content

6. AI-Generated Content

All characters, conversations, and media within PULSE are AI-generated. The content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. Hudson AI Inc. retains all intellectual property rights in AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hudson AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Hudson AI Inc., or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service.
